3.0The location was good. Close to multiple metro stations and some good spots.
− In reality, its only positive aspect is the location, because otherwise there is much to improve. There were times when I asked questions to the staff and they ignored me for being on a call; only one girl, unfortunately I don’t know her name, but she is Asian, she was extremely kind. The cleaning leaves a lot to be desired: the floors had accumulated dirt and stuck stains, the furniture and lamps were broken, and the bathroom was extremely dark and uncomfortable.

− Noisy (but you are basically at msg) and stairs (no elevator but this was no issue for me.
Necessary but wouldn’t want to repeat.

− Dated, not super clean, and just ok accommodation. Bad WiFi.
Overall pleasant! I didn’t mind the sounds of the city and it provided exactly what a needed: a safe place to sleep for
8.0I loved how close it was to Penn Station! The room was tidy, the staff was nice, and the price was in my budget, especially on shorter notice.
− My only issues were I had a difficult time with operating the AC unit, and I wish the main light in the room was less harsh and fluorescent. I think a warm side table lamp would make the stay much more comfortable.

5.0Location was good.
− Bathroom bulb went out and despite my asking for a change was never replaced during my stay there. The automatic turn off of lights to save electricity did not have a sensor to all areas of the room so if I was in a section out of range of the sensor it would turn off the light if I was in there too long. Carrying the suitcase up 2 fights of stairs (one of which was in the hallway not to another floor was a challenge.
