10.0Excellent service and friendly staff from security to the hotel staff. It’s a very clean and well kept hotel nestled on the beach and a short walk from all facilities. Great beachside restaurants nearby along both directions.

Super hotel!
9.0+ super locatie. In 15 min wandelen over het strand zit je op het meest locale punt (dolphin statue). Naast het hotel zitten verschillende restaurantjes. Zelf vaak voor de lunch bij Starfish gezeten. Met de taxi (grab) zit je in 5 min in het centrum. + zowel de kamer als het gehele terrein super schoon! + Vriendelijk personeel die hard werken om een ieder een top verblijf te geven. + Goed smakend ontbijt. Iedere dag genoten van een omelet met spinazie, tomaat en ui er in. Daarnaast kregen wij ook een Orange juice en bakje met vers fruit: meloen, ananas, papaya. + Beste liggende ligbedjes ooit waar ik op gelegen heb aan het zwembad!
− - bedden zijn aan de harde kant. - wifi dekking is alleen rondom het zwembad en niet in de kamers.

− Although on the beach it was difficult to get to a variety of restaurants. We had a motor bike so make it easier
We enjoyed the quiet surroundings. We were not hassled to buys things.
10.0Breakfast was very good, fresh fruit every day with good variation of food. The location was a little far from the busy centre but the beach was very close.
− There was a lot of dogs, some growled at us and walking past at night they were barking. A bit frightening.
Beautiful location, clean room
9.0Amazing beachfront location with direct access to the sea. You can walk about 10 minutes along the jogging track to reach Lovina Beach, and most dolphin tour operators will pick you up right from the hotel’s beach. The VIP room was clean and spacious, ideal for two people. Staff were helpful and accommodating. Room was clean, spacious, and comfortable for two.
− • Breakfast: Very limited menu and portion sizes were quite small. We needed three portions for two people. • Bathroom: Semi-open layout; the outdoor shower had no hot water, and even the indoor shower lacked hot water during our stay. • Location: Beautiful but slightly away from the main town, so you’ll need a Grab or a rental scooter to get around. • Dolphin tours: Convenient pickup from the hotel beach, but the tour offered by the hotel is significantly overpriced. The hotel quoted around 1.2 million for a private tour for two, while external operators charge about 150k per person for shared or 600k for a private tour.
