6.0Overall the stay was very pleasant until after the check out, I found out that lost my jacket at the hotel room, so I called them. It took them a couple of days to search for it and told me no. It was at the changing room.. but I was told they did not find it.

10.0My fifth stay at The Peninsula Paris, I love everything about it. The building, the warmth of the rooms, the quality of the food, and especially the friendly and helpful service of the staff. The gym is spacious and modern. My partner loved the spa treatments. For my birthday we arrived at the room after dinner to find they had decorated the bathroom with candles and rose petals and had drawn a bath topped with rose petals. Spectacular!
