3.0Lage und junior suite waren in ordnung.
− Ablauf Badewanne verstopft. Klimaanlage tropfte ständig. Morgenessen war nicht 4-Sterne würdig. Meist ging entweder die Kaffeemaschine oder die Panecakemaschine nicht... Empfang an der Reseption und Checkout sehr unfreundlich!

Correct mais pas de 4 étoiles. Dommage.
6.0Globalement, c'est un bon hôtel, mais il ne mérite pas ses 4 étoiles. À mon avis, il correspond davantage à un établissement 3 étoiles. Le principal point faible est le petit-déjeuner. Il m'a rappelé celui d'un hôtel B&B : peu de choix et une offre assez basique. Même dans certains hôtels 3 étoiles, le petit-déjeuner est de bien meilleur niveau. C'est vraiment dommage, d'autant plus que le prix de la chambre est élevé. L'accueil était agréable et le personnel aimable. La literie est correcte, la climatisation fonctionne bien et, avec les fenêtres fermées, la chambre est bien insonorisée. En revanche, la chambre standard est un peu petite, avec une taille comparable à celle d'un hôtel Ibis. Le linge de lit semblait propre au premier abord. En revanche, en retirant les taies d'oreiller et le surmatelas, j'ai constaté la présence de taches jaunes, de moisissures ainsi que de déchirures sur les protections de literie. Ce n'est pas acceptable pour un hôtel affichant 4 étoiles et à ce niveau de prix.

8.0Hotel im Casino in einem großen Gebäude. Hotel hat aber nur eine Etage im großen Gebäudekomplex - daher eher ein kleines Hotel. Freundliches Personal. Frühstück war in Ordnung.

8.0J'ai aimé l'emplacement, la vue sur la mer. Nous avons assisté à un beau coucher de soleil. La literie est très confortable. Le petit déjeuner est top.
− Les quelques marches séparant la chambre de la salle de bain. Déconseillé pour un handicapé ou une personne âgée car dangereux surtout la nuit. Pas mal de caca de goélands sur les vitres de la chambre, pas idéal pour faire des photos de la mer.
