9.0Hotel muito bom, quarto que reservei é espaçoso, banheiro bom, tudo bem conservado e limpo, sempre tenho problemas com travesseiros nos hotéis, normalmente tenho que solicitar mais, nesse caso , tinha sobrando. Piscina, sauna, pequenos mas super atendem! Café da manhã muito bom, simples mas com tudo necessário para uma boa refeição.

Deu o horário do início do café e não estávamos acreditando que era apenas aquilo rs mini pão carioquinha congelado cru e completamente branco, duas opções de frutas, 1 opção de queijo e 1 opção de presunto, 1 pão de forma branco sem graça, pão de queijo, leite, café e iogurte de morango. Não tinha uma opção de doce, bolo ou algo assim, nenhuma granola... Não tinha OVO. Precisamos pedir pra pessoa que estava organizando o café, pois não foi oferecido em nenhum momento. Por uma diária desse valor, esperava o mínimo aceitável e não foi o que ofereceram!

− A única observação que gostaria de registrar é em relação à cobrança de estacionamento. Viajo com frequência a trabalho e fazia algum tempo que não me hospedava em um hotel que realizasse essa cobrança. No entanto, considero importante destacar que essa informação estava claramente prevista no momento da reserva. Portanto, não houve qualquer surpresa, falta de transparência ou propaganda enganosa por parte do hotel.
