10.0This was my first stay in Hellaby Hall hotel and I must say this was one of the best hotels I have stayed in UK. The hotel has a beautiful lawn, unique architecture and excellent facilities. The family room size was quite good and we had a excellent stay.Its a value for money and would highly recommend this hotel.
Nice pool, beautiful buildings, and friendly staff.
7.0We liked the charm of the old buildings. We appreciated the late check-in option. The pool was great!
− Our shower drain overflowed if you let the shower run more than 20 seconds. Our room had no towels. They were brought quickly when we alerted the front desk.

− People walking through restaurant to bar. Busy wedding meant we felt sidelined. Rushed out of dinner as busy with wedding meal

− Noisy people outside my room at 1230am, but this isn't the hotel's fault.

6.0The location where its based The staff were amazing and friendly to talk to The bed was comfortable The gym manger was so polite and helpful, greeted me as if we was friends, such an amazing person
− There was no tea and coffee in the rooms Didn't have any shampoo when they topped it up The bed sheets were the same sheets I had the day before (I accidentally spilt food on the sheets, and it was there throughout my stay) Need more signs on the entrance as I got lost and weren't sure where I was going, I thought the swimming area was the entrance The lamps in the bedroom wasn't working Also took awhile for the main lights to come on
