Great location. Hotel reception sell a 24hour parking permit which is very convenient as parking in Brighton is notoriously difficult.

− No air conditioning, although there was a fan in the room.

Such a comfortable bed, toiletries, tea, coffee, all provided. Really helpful staff and perfect very quiet location
