The rooms are amazing comfortable everything you would need to feel right at home

Beware they could cancel your reservation without any prior notice

We were not able to stay. We got to the hotel and our reservation was canceled without them notifing us. I even contacted them in the morning to confirm our reservation and was told they had our reservation. We had to scramble to locate a hotel. We were offered another hotel 5 states away in Tenn.

Good except the timeshare.

Front desk staff amazing. The downfall was no where in the booking did it mention timeshare presentation. Got hit with that when getting water park bracelets. Took a deposit for the timeshare meeting so I’m sure I forfeited that and who knows if any penalties coming for skipping it as far as room rate. Other than that it would have been excellent but I didn’t sign up to go to a timeshare presentation and didn’t appreciate being cornered into it t and billed for it as a well
