Great stay and the staff are great at doing their job

Central location near bus stops... very clean inside out. The staff are lovely.

− As per most hotels in Izmir/Smyrna; visitors are not allowed into rooms for some strange reason - unlike Istanbul and other global cities! Which is very unreasonable when your friends want to visit and not sit in hotel foyer.

The staff service was good, but the place is old, dirty, the rooms smelt like cigarettes and the parking is far from the hotel.

very good location and friendly staff.. Great selection of food for breakfast. Only downside was that the room smelt of stale cigarette smoke! .Bed was comfy and bathroom good.
