9.0El ambiente es cálido, tiene un gran lobby con vista excepcional a piazza Espaga, pero el personal es tan amable que hace que el resto pase desapercibido. Nos hicieron recomendaciones y reservas para cenar, nos llamaron el transfer para el aeropuerto, son muy atentos.

10.0The location is perfect - central to many of the main attractions, right next to the Spanish Steps. The staff is incredible; they go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and memorable. The room itself was luxurious, well-appointed, and extremely comfortable.
Please note that the hammam is available at extra cost, and is only for 2 people at a time.
