8.0الموظفين رائعين جدا والتعامل مع الأطفال ممتازه والراحه مع التخاطب
− يرجى مراجعة اسعار الغرف واعادة النظر ، الاسعار مرتفعه بالنسبه لباقي المنتجعات . وبعض المرافق في المنتجع غير جيده والجوده منخفضه.

1.0المسبح
− الموظفين الاستقبال وموظفين الحديقه وموظفين قسم الالعاب لدي طفل من اصحاب الهمم ولم يهتمو به ابدا
سيئه جداً لا ارغب بتكرارها ولا انصح احد بالإقامه .
6.0الموقع قريب من المطار نوعاً ما ، المسبح ، امكانية الدخول لحديقة الحيوان عند الإقامه بالغرف .
− خدمة حمل الحقائب و الكونسيرج فاشله جداً جميع الحقائب توضع عند بوابة الشارع بلا حسيب ولا رقيب و جميع المكلفين بحفظ الشنط من الجنسيه الهنديه ما يفهمون شي و تم اخذ حقائبنا من قبل شخص آخر و وصلت الموضوع للسفاره لأني اول مره بحياتي اشوف الشنط تكون بالشارع بدون ارقام او معلومات للنزيل !! و تم التواصل مع مدير المنتجع المصري و حل المشكله و استلمنا الشنط بعد اكثر من ساعتين . الاثاث قديم جداً و حتى المفارش و مرافق الغرفه . موقع الغرفه سيئ اذا كان امام المسبح بسبب ازعاج النزلاء وقت السباحة . الكوفي شوب و منطقة الالعاب للاطفال مهجوره و كلها غبار عند الدخول للمنتجع من جهة اليسار ! جميع الاشخاص اللي طلبوا حجز بالمنتجع و تم حضورهم للموظف السوداني في الاستقبال و رفض دخولهم بحجة ان الغرف كانت محجوزه بالكامل احب اقول لكم انه كذاب لأني جالسه باللوبي و اذا وصل له اتصال هاتفي من اشخاص للحجز اخبرهم بوجود غرف شاغره . و اخص بالذكر الاثنين اللي من القطاع العسكري الاماراتي رفض يعطيهم غرف بإمكانكم محاسبته اذا تشوفون تعليقي .
