− Brak klimatyzacji w pokoju - było gorąco, telewizor nie działał, a w łazience czuć było fetor z kanalizacji

Ogólnie pokój był bardzo czysty i zadbany, co uratowało ogólne wrażenie pobytu
7.0Lokalizacja super, parking w korzystnej cenie
− Niestety pobyt w hotelu Boutique w Bytomiu bardzo nas rozczarował pod względem obsługi i komunikacji z gościem.Planowany przyjazd mieliśmy ustalone między godziną 19:00 a 20:00. Z racji opóźnienia wiedzieliśmy, że dotrzemy dopiero około 21:30. Chcąc zachować się w porządku, próbowaliśmy telefonicznie powiadomić o tym recepcję. Niestety, mimo wielokrotnych prób, nikt nie odebrał od nas telefonu.Największym minusem był jednak brak podstawowej informacji po przyjeździe. Nikt nie raczył nas uprzedzić, że w obiekcie z powodu awarii nie ma ciepłej wody. Gdybyśmy dostali taki komunikat na wstępie, nie marnowalibyśmy wody, bezsensownie czekając, aż w końcu poleci ciepła. Niewiele brakowało, abym oceniła ten pobyt bardzo dobrze. Wystarczyło tylko odebrać telefon, a przy wydawaniu karty do pokoju po prostu poinformować o awarii i przeprosić za brak ciepłej wody. Szkoda, że zabrakło tak podstawowej życzliwości i komunikacji.
