初めてJR利用からの送迎車迎え依頼をしていたのですが、駅を通り越してしまい送迎車を親切に再度用意して下さいました。 空気清浄機も用意して下さったので快適に過ごせました。

− 部屋の電話から機械音がずっとしていたのを深夜寝る前に気付き、 差込を抜いて寝て対応し、チェックアウト時に報告しました。

Location was ideal for us as we use it as an overnight stop for our cycling trip around Lake Biwa. Decor was a bit dated. Breakfast spread was good.
