9.0Wow....breakfast was excellent. Not a huge spread but food quality is good. I cannot remember the lady's name at the reception but she was really helpful in tracking my delivery for me. Overall satisfied
− The sliding door in the room is heavy and difficult to operate
Exceptional staff and Prime Location
9.0The staff is helpful and uses proficient English. We could have early check-in and were allowed to check out late as requested. This was wonderful! The location is very close to Dongmen Pedestrian Street. Will come back when we stay in Shenzhen.
