− 大浴場の足拭きタオルが2日目びしょ濡れで気持ち悪かった。清掃の方がいましたが交換せずタオルの回収のみでした。その方は二度とも来ていましたが私が上がるまで交換されませんでした。それが残念でした

あの値段で温泉に入れて、クーラーもよく聞いてて食事も美味しかった。

− 申し込む時、シービューと書いてあったので桜島と海側を期待したけど、海側ではなかった。

Sehr schönes gediegenes Hotel mit einem perfekten Blick auf den Sakurajima! Frühstück und Abendessen ist ein ein umfangreiches Buffet, wo denke ich für jeden etwas dabei sein sollte! Auch das Panoramabad ist sehr schön mit Aussicht auf den Vulkan. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal, das sich jederzeit für jedes Anliegen kümmert. Auch die Bar mit einem sehr netten Barkeeper und Restaurantchef verdient eine Erwähnung. Wir fanden den Aufenthalt sehr erholsam und wundervoll. Danke für die schöne Zeit!

Guests with a tattoo may not be permitted to enter public bathing areas and other public facilities.

Free shuttles depart from JR Kagoshima-Chuo Train Station. The shuttles run on a schedule and depart from the East 18 stop.
