Late arrival for golf tournament next day. Easy instructions to collect keys. Offered to suggest places to eat since warned restaurant was closed on arrival. Convenient check out in Proshop next morning. Comfortable & clean room. Very happy.

My husband was unwell and staff changed our accommodation for us as he couldn't manage stairs. Staff were unbelievably kind and patient with my husband who was experiencing difficulties. Every member of staff made sure we were comfortable. Our beautiful young receptionist Molly was smiling, efficient and reassuring. The Manager Gareth patient and extremely accommodating. We couldn't believe the kindness we met, truly so unexpected but so welcome at a time when we needed support. Patricia & Kevin Thornton.
