Nos encantaron las instalaciones: todo cuidado en los detalles. El staff fue muy amable y siempre nos resolvió dudas, nos ayudó a organizar excursiones y reservaciones en restaurantes. Una gratisima experiencia y super recomendable! Esthefany y Joana brindaron un excelente servicio!!!

This is my second time staying here. The staff are amazingly kind and helpful. I absolutely love them. The only issue I had this time and it’s more with the way the payment system is run. So I payed them $10000 as I arrived for my three nights. The day we were leaving I had $76 in incidentals to pay. Their cc machine couldn’t connect with my bank so I said you have my card details just charge it when it’s back up. My taxi was outside waiting and I had a flight to catch, they refused to let me leave. Made me feel like they thought I would not pay them the measly $76. Eventually after about half an hour I guess they called the owner who sent me a link to pay online. I don’t blame the staff at all. However the owner needs to change to a better policy as this left a bad taste in my mouth. I still love the place, location, food and above all the staff though.

Amazingly beautiful and clean property. We stayed in the superior suite which was very nice. Understand luxury for the price. The staff was professional, courteous and caring. We could not have asked for more. This hotel does not disappoint!
