− I tryed to get in contact with them before i left traveling, to get code to get in when i arrived in melbourne no answer, i didnt even get to use the place i had paid for a simple email saying how to enter the property would of done but no.,then he said i would get a refund on the phone when i finally did get through in melbourne,with no place to stay, and when the money went into there account they declined the refund, this is probably happening allot, if it is ,thats classed as fraud. Its the first time i came across this on book me. unprofessional
