Foram ofuscada pela sequência de erros no atendimento, Gestão, infraestrutura

− ​Gostaria de relatar os diversos transtornos enfrentados durante a minha hospedagem no quarto 407, em julho de 2026. O ar-condicionado funcionava apenas como ventilador, e a privada do banheiro entupiu, levando dois dias para ser consertada. Além disso, o atendimento na recepção demonstrou total falta de preparo, limitando-se a transferir a responsabilidade para a equipe de manutenção. Outro ponto inaceitável foi a invasão de privacidade por parte da camareira, que entrava no quarto para a limpeza mesmo com os hóspedes presentes e o aviso de ocupado. Por fim, as refeições ficaram muito abaixo do esperado.

− Piscina estava em manutenção e não avisaram os hóspedes.Tambem seria ideal ter um concierge para auxiliar com as bagagens.
