1.0It was close to where we had to go
− This was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in! Every area was filthy!
This hotel is VERY dirty! I would not recommend it.
2.0The location to our event was fine
− The room was very dirty. The bed looked like it was thrown together by the previous guest. I'm not sure the sheets were even changed. No toilet paper or tissues in the room. The sink shelves were full of dirt and dust and the hair dryer was out of the bag, which leads me to believe the room was NOT cleaned in between guests. Towels were not changed for us during the entire trip (3 days), nor was the trash emptied. We went to the front desk to ask if someone was going to empty our trash. They handed us a trash bag and told us to leave our garbage outside our room in the hallway. The water pressure in the shower was almost non-existent, there was no tub mat and the shower floor was VERY slippery. We had to hold the grab bar the entire time. The hallway floors were filthy and someone wrote 'clean me' on the elevator door. The breakfast buffet was disgusting, with broken coffee machines, toaster and microwave. The eggs had fake cheese in them, gross! The indoor pool was freezing, and the hallway blinds were broken. The staff smokes in front of the building, and there were dozens of cigarette butts all over the ground by the entry way. The outdoor seating area was a complete mess, with chairs all over the place and trash on the ground. Either this Holiday Inn Express is short staffed OR they just don't care about the building or their guests OR both. We will never stay in that Holiday Inn again. The hotel was a disgrace, especially for the cost of the room.
Do not stay
2.0My husband and I arrived to go to a room with a bed unmade, towels on the floor, and garbage. Called the front desk, who had us come down to get access to another room. We had a wedding shuttle, so lost time, quickly readied and left. When we returned the room was warm. We turned on the air conditioning only to find out it would only run for 5-10 minutes at a time. We were tired and tried to sleep. It was very warm and uncomfortable. In the morning we brought this to the attention of the lady working as we checked out. She stated we booked through a third party and could not discount our room. Upon checking when we returned home, we did not book through a third party. I have called the hotel numerous times only to be told there is no manager there ir he is on vacation. I have asked for a return call, no call.

1.0You charged me for one night when they had no record of my reservation. So I had to pay them directly. I am VERY DISSATISFIED with Booking.com. I will NEVER use them again!!!! Also, I will not tell my friends or family to use them either!!!!
