Ein sehr schönes Hotel und würden es wieder buchen
9.0Hallo,Frühstück war wirklich alles vorhanden und es wurde immer nach gelegt.Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Promenade und auch gut zum Strand. Auto konnte man stehen lassen,wir haben vieles mit Bus erreicht.
− Leider gab es im Hotel zum Abend immer ein 3.Gänge Menü was uns nicht gefiel.Einzelne Speisen nur bis ca.16.00Uhr und somit mussten man andere Gaststätten aufsuchen.

9.0Es ist ein sehr schönes hotel in bester Lage und tolles Ambiente. Zimmer sind sehr komfortabel und gemütlich eingerichtet
− Die pool Anlage ist relativ klein und die dampft Anlage hat leider nicht funktioniert und schon mal bessere Zeiten erlebt
Alles zusammen ein wunderbarer und erholsamer Aufenthalt.
8.0Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und kompetent. Sie konnten mir alle Fragen beantworten. Ich hatte vereinzelt den Eindruck, daß die Reception personell unterbesetzt war, aber das kann auch täuschen. Das Servicepersonal im Restaurant und an der Bar war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.
− Das Zimmer war zwar schön, aber lag zum Parkplatz hin, was es doch laut machte. Morgens um 7 rappelten die ersten Trolleys unter dem Fenster vorbei und es wurde sich oft laut und lange unterhalten oder telefoniert. Kann das Hotel nicht wirklich was für, das Zimmer lag halt so, aber dennoch beeinträchtigte es das Gesamtbild. Die Angabe es gäbe einen orientalischen Ruheraum war allerdings nicht zutreffend, das bezog sich auf den Spa-Bereich im Ahlbecker Hof und nicht auf das Ostseehotel. Dennoch, es war ein schönes Schwimmbad mit Ruhezonen, wo man entspannen konnte - und der Strand war nur wenige Schritte entfernt!

9.0Die Lage des Hotels, nur wenige Schritte von der Seebrücke entfernt, ist unschlagbar. Der Service war beim Empfang, bei der Zimmerreinigung und im Frühstücksrestaurant war sehr freundlich, höflich und schnell. Das Frühstücksbüfett war hervorragend und die Atmosphäre im Restaurant sommerlich-hell, mit Blick auf die Promenade. Wir hatten Zimmer mit Meerblick in der obersten Etage - ein perfektes Wochenende! Gerne wieder.
− Eigentlich gibt es nichts zu bemängeln, lediglich, dass eine Bodylotion nicht zu den Kosmetikartikeln im 4-Sterne-Hotel gehört, hat uns etwas überrascht. Aber der Rossmann war in 2 Minuten Entfernung fußläufig schnell zu erreichen. Es war also eher ein Luxus“problem“. 😉
