− Холодний, сирий номер на першому поверсі бунгало псував трішки настрій, хоча і прибирання було кожного дня
Sympa mais pas inoubliable
7.0Nous revenons d’une semaine dans cet hôtel et, dans l’ensemble, nous avons passé de bonnes vacances. Il y a de vrais points forts, mais aussi quelques éléments qu’il vaut mieux connaître avant de réserver. Le gros point positif est sans hésiter l’espace aquatique. La piscine avec les toboggans est vraiment géniale pour les enfants, et la grande piscine est également très agréable. En juillet, l’eau était à une température parfaite. En revanche, nous avons trouvé dommage que les piscines ferment de 12h à 14h, puis définitivement à partir de 17h. Comme nous nous levons plutôt tard et dînons souvent en soirée, cela limite beaucoup le temps où l’on peut réellement profiter des piscines et des toboggans. Côté restauration, les avis dépendront probablement des goûts de chacun. Personnellement, j’ai apprécié l’agneau et certaines spécialités turques proposées. En revanche, au fil des jours, les repas deviennent assez répétitifs. Beaucoup de plats sont très gras, très en sauce ou fortement épicés (avec notamment de la cannelle dans de nombreuses préparations), et les intitulés des plats ne permettent pas toujours de savoir ce que l’on mange. Il y a finalement peu de plats simples. Nous avons aussi été déçus par le choix très limité de fruits frais, surtout en plein été, alors que les desserts sont très nombreux mais extrêmement sucrés. Les jus de fruits ne sont clairement pas des jus frais et leur goût est parfois très éloigné du fruit annoncé. Le café est correct sans plus. Concernant les boissons alcoolisées du all inclusive, elles ne nous ont pas convaincus, aussi bien au niveau du goût que de la qualité. Enfin, il faut parfois patienter longtemps pour certaines préparations comme les pizzas. Le principal point négatif pour nous concerne la clientèle, majoritairement russe ou originaire des pays de l’Est, ce que nous ne savions pas avant de réserver.

8.0Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat sich bei Problemen immer bemüht diese zu beheben. Die Lage zum Strand war gut. Das Essen war lecker und ausreichend.
− Die Sauberkeit der gesamten Hotelanlage. Der Zimmerservice (mal wurden keine Betten gemacht, mal gab es keine neuen Getränke, es wurden auch mal frische Handtücher vergessen,...)
