Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are a bit on the smaller side but still very nice and comfortable. 100% recommend it is located very close to the subway stations!

Ideal location for eating and travel

Hotel has a nice entrance and reception is reached via a lift to the 2nd floor. Check in staff are friendly and helpful. We booked a triple room, grandma, mother and teenager. Unfortunately triple rooms are small end/corner rooms with very little space. Nowhere to put cases which need to be locked in a metal crate outside the room which is not ideal. On the plus side the beds are comfortable, towels are changed daily and bins emptied. As a family of three we found the space in the room a little tight but couples or single travelers would be ok. The convenience of this hotel and the general comfort out way the space issue if you can cope with it. The little coffee shop across the road is a great place for breakfast and the Irish pub good for a night cap.

Very convenient location with very good restaurants in easy walking distance. Taxis pass by all the time. Rooms are typically small. Friendly and helpful staff with good English.

I love this cozy hotel. Walkable distance to subway and restaurants. Only 10 mins walk to Ginza. Most important they provide free tea and coffee throughout the day.

I liked that it was close to shopping and public transport. Family Mart on the doorstep. Our room had no window as I’d was close to the building next door. Didn’t bother us too much because we were only inside to go to sleep.

One child 6 years old or younger stays free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.
