When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of R$75,00, per pet, per night applies. We accept 02 (two) pet per apartment, small (up to 10 kg, maximum height of 16 in) and trained. The hotel also has an outdoor kennel, included for larger pets; If you would like to bring a pet, you must first check with the hotel and agree to the extensive property rules.
According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents. In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's ID.
A deposit may be required at the property.
