10.0We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and ensured we had a pleasant experience throughout our stay. Their excellent customer service made a big difference, and we truly appreciated their kindness and hospitality. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others.
I don’t recommend this place unless you’re really in a pickle and there is nowhere else to stay
3.0Location was good. But other than that everything was Poor.
− Location was good. But other than that everything was Poor. Noisy guests up and about at all hours. Talking outside my room at 12.30AM, running up and down the stairs at 3AM, at 4AM I was awoken by what I can only assume was junkies outside my Window trying to break into cars and talking loudly. At 5AM Tradies work Utes were starting up loudly and slamming doors. The place does not seem to have any Soundproofing at all, as I could hear people upstairs in the room above moving around and footsteps. I had a very poor nights sleep, barely slept a wink and checked out at 8AM leaving my key in the box. I raised this via phone call with Reception after I checked out and was given no resolution or compensation, unfortunately I won’t be back given the situation where I was feeling Unsafe with all the happenings.

10.0It was very clean, comfortable and the bathroom was on par with a CBD hotel. Victor was wonderful and very welcoming. Close to Sandown Racecourse which was why we were there.
