Das Haus am See: Ruhig und schön gelegen - trotzdem alles erreichbar.
9.0Restaurant und Terasse mit sehr schönem Blick auf den See, wirklich tolles Frühstück, ruhig gelegen. Nicht so preisintensiv, wie die Hotels der "Kaiserbäder" und auch wesentlich entspannter - bis Ahlbeck sind es gerademal 3km, aber vom Tummelt der Küstenmeile ist in Korswandt gar nichts zu spüren. Das Restaurant (Öffnungszeiten beachten) ist sehr gut.
− Da sicher einige Gäste Fahrräder mitbringen um z.B. den kurzen Weg direkt an den Strand zu nehmen, sollte erwähnt werden, das der Hauptradweg dahin zielstrebig über einen der größten Hügel in Usedom führt. Dafür kann aber das Hotel nix.

10.0Die Lage zum See und zur Ostsee sind top. Das Personal war sehr nett und freundlich. Beim Frühstück war alles da was man für ein gutes Frühstück braucht.

6.0Die Lage ist sehr schön. Das Zimmer war sauber und zweckmäßig. Die Zimmerfrau war für mich auch gleichzeitig die Empfangsdame, sehr freundlich!!!
− Es war während meines Aufenthalts kein Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Den Zimmerschlüssel bekam ich von der Reinigungskraft, weil niemand telefonisch erreichbar war, was ich erwarte, wenn die Rezeption nicht besetzt ist ( es handelt sich schließlich um ein Hotel!). Auch bei der Abreise hätte ich gerne gewusst, wo ich den Zimmerschlüssel hinterlegen kann. Schließlich übergab ich ihn der Servicekraft im Restaurant. Ich hätte mich auch über ein kleines Angebot in der Minibar meines Zimmers gefreut.. schade. Unangenehm war auch der permanente Essengeruch, der aus der Küche durch das Fenster in mein Zimmer drang. Ich hätte insgesamt etwas mehr Service erwartet!

− Es kaum Ansprechpartner, das Frühstück könnte besser sein. Wurden vergessen wegen dem Omelette obwohl es bestellt worden ist. Das Zimmer war viel zu klein, das Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht.

9.0Direkt am See, gute Wandermöglichkeiten. Frühstück und Restaurant waren erstklassig. Sehr großes Zimmer. Gute Parkmöglichkeit.

5.0Es war schon recht unverschämt mich in einem dachzimmer ohne Klimaanlage unterzubringen. Der Schlüssel funktioniert auch nicht richtig und vom Personal bekam ich darauf nur ein Achselzucken.
