Gostei de tudo, mas o que mais gostei foi o café da manhã, maravilhoso, excelente.

− Uma sugestão, não sei se em outros cômodos tinha tomada de cabeceira, no que eu fiquei não tinha, então seria somente isto que vi de falha, e que poderiam colocar pra facilitar o carregamento de celular.

O atendimento da equipe é excelente. Muito solícitos. O café do lobby muito bom. A infraestrutura das áreas comuns superou as expectativas.

− O conforto do quarto poderia ser melhor. Colchão, travesseiros e toalhas muito modestos - aquém do esperado. Poderiam investir mais no quarto em si.

− Desde a reserva solicitei berço e banheira p bebê. A resposta que recebi era que se houvesse disponível, colocariam no quarto. Mas precisava de uma resposta certa p me organizar. por msg via booking só recebia respostas “genéricas”, até que liguei no hotel e fui informada que não havia berço portátil no hotel. Que eles dispensaram os antigos e não tinham adquiridos novos….. Podiam ter respondido isso desde o início. Reclamei qdo recebi essa informação e qdo cheguei no quarto tinha um berço

Estrutura boa por um preço acessível

A piscina aquecida é ótima e ficou melhor com o acesso por dentro do hotel e com uma temperatura de água mais agradável (a primeira vez que fomos estava muito quente). Café da manhã ótimo, com bastante variedade e salão grande. Funcionários muito atenciosos.

− Fiz uma reserva para dois quartos e acabamos ficando em andares separados e distantes. Um dos quartos pedi com duas camas de solteiro, mas acabamos ficando em uma cama de casal. A limpeza deixou um pouco a desejar (achamos um fio de cabelo alheio na cama). O acesso ao estacionamento poderia ser melhor sinalizado.

Parents or a legal guardian traveling with children under 18 years must present the child's birth certificate and an identity card with photo (passport, for example) at the check-in.
