− It was not clean. The room needed hoovering, the pull out tray with the cups and kettle was very dusty and had hairs and crumbs. The bathroom was dirty and in need of a deep clean.

− I had a loft room, with a steep raked ceiling. It was very hot, and the fan made no difference. The dinner menu is very basic, and the breakfast has simple options.
