10.0The room was very clean and tidy. Nice mini fridge & freezer, and microwave. Table & chairs and beds were made neatly. The receptionist was so friendly.
− Because of my disability, the bed was very uncomfortable. (Too firm) I would've liked to have seen more channels on the TV. Very limited viewing, but all in all, it was a nice stay

Rude staff, ran down motel.

− As soon as you step into the room the floor feels like it is going to collapse. Unfortunately this location seems to be used as a homeless encampment at night. Staff was rude and when asked for an extra towel we were told that we were liars and deceitful by a man working the front counter because I didn’t add my 4month old baby to the reservation. I honestly just didn’t think about it as it was last minute and I needed a room while emergency work was being done to my house. Pictures online make it look like the rooms are updated and nice but they are just your typical ran down dirty motel rooms with worn out furniture and bedding. Thankfully brought my own blankets from home and did not sleep under their sheets.
