9.0Super place, lovely staff and an excellent breakfast. Will make this a regular place to stay when in the North Lakes.
− Would have liked a room with a bath. Other than that we had no other negatives.

9.0- Great location - extremely helpful and kind staff (thank you) - Good breakfast - Good price with the breakfast included - The bedding and toilet itself was extremely clean
− The room was a little bit dated and general wear and tear was visible ie a fair amount of scuffed marks on the walls, stains and marks on the carpet. Some diffuse patches of black mold in the shower.
Location is great , staff helpful and car parking which is a bonus

− Everything was great... Mattress was firm.. Extra pillows if needed.. I had a shower in the bathroom..
