9.0De medewerkers waren uitermate vriendelijk, behulpzaam, meedenkend en flexibel. Nergens overdreven of gemaakt, maar puur en authentiek. We voelden ons gezien, gehoord en bijzonder welkom.
− Er was niets dat ons tegen viel. Hooguit een paar kleine dingetjes die verbeterd zouden kunnen worden. Zo vond ik de dekbedden persoonlijk iets te zwaar en te warm voor in de zomer. Maar daar kunnen de meningen over verschillen.

− Das Frühstück könnte besser sein...Brotauswahl und nur 1 Sorte Marmelade.Mein Hund kostete 25 pro Nacht .Hätte Körbchen und Näpfe erwartet .
Ein erholsamer Aufenthalt in schönen Themenzimmern.
8.0Das Hotel ist sehr schön - besonders die Themenzimmer; gut ausgestattet mit Whirlpool und Dusche. Durch die Klimaanlage war es möglich, auch bei höheren Temperaturen die Fenster geschlossen zu halten. Für Leute, die Natur lieben, und bereit sind, für Sehenswürdigkeiten eine gute Strecke zu fahren, ist es perfekt. Es gab eine Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption, die deutsch gesprochen hat. Die Abwicklung der Buchung sowie andere Nachrichten klappten perfekt über Whats App. Es gibt einen Wellnessbereich, den wir aber nicht genutzt haben.
− Wenn die Fenster geöffnet waren, war der Geräuschpegel durchs Restaurant doch sehr laut. Preislich hat das Hotel schon ein hohes Niveau - das Restaurant kann das aber leider noch toppen; es gibt jedoch einige Alternativen in Westerbork wo man gut essen kann.
