9.0struttura bellissima , come in foto, personale presente ed eccellente!! ( unica pecca presenza di blatte a volte , dicono sia normale col caldo a tenerife , ma per fortuna la reception è aperta 24/24h e risolvono)

6.0Buffet molto vasto e cibo in linea di massima buono, buona posizione rispetto ai locali notturni. La zona piscina e bar è molto grande.
− Il receptionist al nostro arrivo si è mostrato molto indisponente: facevo fatica a capire ciò che dicesse perché aveva un forte accento spagnolo mentre parlava in inglese, non avevo intenzione di farglielo pesare finché non ha insinuato che fossi io in quanto italiana a non saper parlare inglese (ho il certificato C1 Cambridge😂). Inoltre per sua sfortuna sono riuscita a capire quando parlava di noi in spagnolo con la collega… Il giorno del check out, che era previsto per le 12, sono entrati in camera gli addetti alle pulizie alle 10 mentre stavamo dormendo, cosa già successa mentre avevamo appeso il cartello “non disturbare”.

− En la habitación había cucarachas para mí no estaba limpio o sea bien bien limpio se nos inundó el baño cuando nos estábamos bañando y para el dinero que no veo la relación calidad precio
