6.0エレベーターから降りようとすると従業員が先に乗り込んでくる。それが複数回別々の従業員であり、自分の業務だけ優先かとあきれた。 朝食が7時30分からとなっているがしばらくたってからレストランに行っても準備中だった。ナイフ、フォーク、スプーンもいちいち要求しないともってこない。コンチネンタルでもトースト以外はインドカレーだけだった。 翌日も同じ時刻にレストランに行ったが今度は各テーブルにナイフ、フォーク、スプーンがあらかじめおいてあった。しかし メニューは前日と同じだった。

Great Hotel nr to Thiruvananthapuram Secretariat
10.0Had three very pleasant nights. Hotel restaurant is excellent with a good variety of options. Hotel staff excellent. Hotel room had a very nice view of Thiruvananthapuram itself. Very good value considering rate, however because the hotel is new many of the rickshaw drivers do not know its location - They may need a little help despite the hotels very central location.
Good location but so so room facilities
6.0The location is very convenient, close to shopping area n some nice restaurants. The staff were helpful and kind. However, the internet was slow and unstable. The bathroom in our room was leaking (not serious ) n had some unpleasant smells. For us, it was an ok stay coz the room rates were not high.
Nice enough - no problems encountered
8.0My daughter and niece stayed there for two nights - I was pleasantly surprised that they did not report any inconvenience or problems, which in itself is a big compliment.
Couples wishing to share a room must provide proof of marriage.
One child 5 years old or younger stays free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.
