8.0Rooms are average. But ther bar has good standard. I would like to give a special appreciation to Mr. Sreekumar, the bar waiter at Slounge, Lemon Tree Hotel Shimona, Chennai. Sreekumar is deaf and non-speaking, but he is one of the most attentive and dedicated service professionals I have ever met. His communication through gestures, warm smile, and genuine care for guests is truly remarkable. He made sure we were comfortable throughout our visit and anticipated our needs without us having to ask. His positive attitude, professionalism, and commitment to excellent service are inspiring. Lemon Tree is fortunate to have such a wonderful team member. Thank you, Sreekumar, for making our evening so enjoyable. I highly recommend anyone visiting the hotel to experience his outstanding hospitality.
