Nos gustó mucho el alojamiento. El apartamento era moderno, estaba muy limpio y contaba con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. Su ubicación fue excelente, ya que estaba en la planta baja, justo enfrente de una de las piscinas, y disponía de dos hamacas, un detalle que agradecimos mucho. Las piscinas estaban muy bien cuidadas y eran ideales para relajarse y disfrutar en familia. Una experiencia muy positiva.

− el bufé nos pareció bastante repetitivo. Había poca variedad de pescado, ya que prácticamente siempre se ofrecía un único tipo, y en el desayuno echamos en falta algo tan sencillo como unas galletas, que nuestra hija pequeña suele tomar. También creemos que habría que controlar mejor el uso de las piscinas. Aunque está prohibido reservar hamacas, desde primera hora de la mañana (sobre las 7:00) muchas quedaban ocupadas con toallas durante horas sin que se aplicara la norma. Además, en la piscina de poca profundidad (50 cm), pensada principalmente para bebés y niños pequeños, era frecuente que niños mayores jugaran con pelotas o se lanzaran al agua de forma brusca, pese a estar prohibido. Esto hacía que los más pequeños no pudieran disfrutar de ese espacio con tranquilidad. Con una mayor supervisión por parte del personal, la experiencia sería todavía mejor. En conjunto, hemos disfrutado mucho de la estancia y volveríamos a elegir el Hotel Floresta. Con pequeños ajustes en el bufé y en el cumplimiento de las normas de la piscina, la experiencia podría ser excelente.

El hotel es perfecto para descansar y pasar unos días sin preocupaciones. El personal de recepción es inmejorable, muy profesionales y cercanos al mismo tiempo. Destacar el trato y amabilidad de Fátima, quien nos informó y estuvo pendiente de que pasáramos la mejor de nuestras estancias.
