8.0Good ,location - Beach is at the end of the road. Restaurant at Hotel. Sunny pool. Very pleasant staff.
− A hand towel would have been good. Need to let water run a while to get hot water in bathroom. The hot water is lovely and hot when it does come through.

− Kutayı sevmedik, otelin önünde büyük bir inşaat var. Otelin yaş ortalaması 50 üzeriydi. Bize verilen odanın balkon manzarası yoktu. İç kısımda kalıyor ve duvar boşluğuna bakıyordu.

9.0Lovely quiet oasis in Kuta with great staff and the best Cap Cay in the world. I love the location, the value and the family atmosphere.
− The breakfast was generous, but it could do with an overhaul. A bit more variety. I think the world has moved on from American, Continental, etc. A genuine Buffet style is my suggestion.

9.0Staff is top, very friendly, helpful and calm. Nice chill by the swimming pool. Great price/value ratio. Loved both non-alcoholic cocktail and the real one, with balinese Arak. Spacious rooms.
