I booked two rooms for three nights for my family at this Hilton hotel, expecting the quality associated with such a well-known international brand. Unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have ever had. The air conditioning in my room did not work at all. On the first night, I reported the issue and was told to spend the night in the room and that a technician would come the next day. This is unacceptable for a hotel charging over USD 80 per room per night. The following day, I was informed that the problem had been fixed, but the room remained unbearably hot—more like a sauna. When I complained again, I was surprisingly told that no fault had been found and that the cooling level was set according to hotel management's policy. This explanation is simply unacceptable for a Hilton property. The problems did not end there. The parking garage had an extremely strong sewage smell, so bad that my daughter vomited on our first day because of it. The room was also poorly maintained: there was black mold or heavy black staining around the bathtub corners, and the bathroom door would neither close nor lock properly, leaving a gap that seriously compromised our privacy. This experience fell far below the standards any guest would reasonably expect from Hilton and raises serious concerns regarding maintenance, hygiene, guest safety, and privacy. I sincerely hope Booking.com investigates this property, as experiences like this do not reflect the level of service that customers trust your platform to provide.

Cumplio con la necesidad que yo tenia no fue viaje de placer la cama muy bien el baño bien y limpieza diaria. Toallas muy desgastadas desayuno medianamente completo el restaurant muy limitado en el menu y floja la calidad para cenar 1 noche esta bien , no mas pero es un pueblo donde no hay ninguna alternativa cerca

الفندق موقعه ممتاز وقريب من الخدمات بشكل عام

− الفندق اسعار غرفه مرتفع مقارنة بحجم الغرفة ومساحتها ومقارنة مع فنادق اخرى بنفس الدرجة وبمناطق اجمل ، الغرفة كان بها مشاكل بالتكييف يطفئ لوحده بعد دقائق او ساعة ، عاماي النظافة او خدمة الغرف احيانا لاينظوا بشكل احترافي بل بمزاجية
