Gute Lage

− Es gab viele kleine Mängel in dem Apartment, die das Gesamtbild getrübt haben. Toilettenpapier locker, Toilettensitz locker, Schranktür Küchen defekt und so weiter. Auf zweifachen Hinweis erfolgte diesbezüglich keine Reaktion vom Gastgeber. Alle Mängel sollten beim Reinigen des Apartments bereits auffallen und lassen sich eigentlich schnell beheben. Warum das nicht geschieht ist unverständlich.

Our stay was excellent from start to finish. The apartment was exceptionally clean, beautifully maintained, and truly felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The check-in process was smooth, simple, and hassle-free, which made our arrival very convenient. The apartment was comfortable, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and perfectly located place to stay.

Please be aware that guests under the age of 21 must be accompanied by an adult who is 21 or older.

Limited free street parking is available on James Street and Mearns Street, 656 feet away, and subject to availability. Please drive to the bottom of Marischal Street and turn left on to Regent Quay. Then take the second left on to James Street, or the third left on to Mearns Street, where guests should find non-restricted parking.

Please note that private parking is available with NCP Parking lots. NCP Parking lots and Marischal Apartments are completely separate entities therefore the property cannot accept payment on their behalf, instead guests must pay at the NCP parking lot when leaving.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
