9.0Staff was WONDERFUL! Attentive and friendly. Offered water upon arrival and departure. Never made you feel rushed or like you were inconveniencing them with questions. Room was spacious and clean. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. Great water pressure in the shower. If we were ever in town again we would definitely stay at this location!
− The only thing we didn’t like was that you had to get ice from the freezer in sandwich bags. They were frozen solid so you had to take them outside and hit them on the cement to get them to break smaller. I would assume this would be more inconvenient in the winter. Why not just have an ice machine?!
Home away from home.
10.0Residence Inn by Marriott is perfectly situated for our visits to Chicago to see our grandchildren. The suites are like home since they include a full kitchen and the beds are always comfortable ensuring a great nights sleep. Finally, EVERY time we visit the staff is incredible. Always friendly, helpful and just overall excellent.

My stay was very pleasant because I found the staff to be pleasant and accommodating.
9.0The location for the included breakfast was convenient, the decor was fine and the choice of seating was exceptional as the breakfast room was linked with the reception area. I was able to sit and looked out the window while eating my breakfast. Coffee was available beyond the breakfast opening times. Food choices were exceptional, inclusive of all dietary preferences as far as I could see. I also liked the fact that I could choose to use the stairs to go down to the lobby or up to my room. Lastly, I arrived early, 11:30 in the morning, and was able to check into my room. This was a very pleasant surprise.
