10.0Great stay overall and I would happily stay here again. The staff were excellent – very friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The location was ideal, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel offered good value for money.
− A few of the lights in the room weren't working, which was a little inconvenient. The curtains were looking a bit tatty and could do with replacing. The pillows weren't very comfortable. A dressing table with a mirror would have been a useful addition to the room.

− Broken shower tray Scolding unuamdable shower No air con Paid for a 1 bedroom apartment, was put in a garden shed that is one large room with me, my wife, and my 3 daughters. Called "front desk" who told me there's nothing they can do and to complain to booking.com
