Is has a later than average time for check in and earlier than average to check out. The building was under renovation so there was a lot of dust. The toilet had no seat and the laundry machine was leaking, both things were quickly fixed but for a short stay you would prefer not to have to report these type of things. Very well located and the building has lockers to store the luggage.

Apartment was spacious for a family of four. Room was clean but there was no housekeeping service for the length of our stay. One other gripe is the floorboards are quite thin and we could hear footsteps from apartment directly above. Great location, very convenient just a couple of minutes walk to Passeig de Gracia. Many restaurants in the vicinity within 10mins walk. 7-8mins walk to La Rambla.

I stayed here with my wife and two year-old son. This property was very comfortable, cozy, and clean. It also seemed very centrally located, and we were never too far from anything that we wanted to have or do. I will 100% stay here again. This place was perfect.
