bad experience ruined the first day of the trip

− Very rude staff, asked to pay extra as we took half an hour long to vacate, and then he literally shouted at us, he kept mum when we took a video of him. Rooms were not very comfy, AC took hours to cool the room. overall bad experience

Staff very helpful and issue sorted very quickly by the manager. Great participants on Songkran 😎😎

− Electricity broke in my room, I know there are renovations planned, these are desperate in areas. Bedrooms need updating, more clothes hangers needed. Better chairs for the balconies, need to recline.

Please note that the hotel will undergo renovations on May 1 untill the end of September. During this period, each section of the seaview room types will be closed one by one until the renovation is completed, while the other room types remain open as usual. The property apologises for any inconvenience this may cause.
