It was a lovely stay in a great location. We would definitely stay there again.
9.0The hotel was great. The staff was very friendly and the room was comfortable. The included breakfast at the restaurant around the corner was yummy.
− One night the power on the street went out for a few hours but that wasn’t the hotel’s fault.

7.0Locality was excellent, room size was great, nice bathroom.
− Although not the fault of the hotel we experienced a power cut for manyl hours and the whole premises was in total darkness including the stairwell. The staff made no attempt to provide any emergency lighting for the stairs creating a very dangerous situation , especially as we had to find our way from 3rd floor down to reception on 1st floor to find out what the situation was. I believe the hotel had an obligation to at least provide some emergency lighting for the stairs . Due to the heatwave at the time it was necessary to leave the room as it was too hot to remain in it.
Stay here if you want to explore Florence. The breakfast was a bonus and staff were great. Would definitely stay again.
9.0Amazing location here, can’t get any better. Everything is within 12-15 mins . Comfy bed and good air conditioning which was well needed in the heat in July . Was a bit loud at night even with the windows closed but that’s what you get with the location. Staff always ready to help you if you need it. Brekkie was next door at the little cafe, a cute little buffet with fresh juice, cereal toast pastries boiled eggs and cakes .
− Low water pressure in shower. That’s all.
Good value for money and extremely convenieny
8.0Clean rooms. Comfy beds. Very convenient with everything within walking distance. Air xon worked well
− Smallish rooms. Busy area. Not too noisy because double glazing but some spindle got through for those with sensitive hearing when sleeping. This would be an issue for me if I had windows open.
