− La habitación estaba poco insonorizada y se escuchaba el trasiego del pasillo en ocasiones. Almohadas muy bajas y armario abierto con una barra a la vista y muy alta, poca privacidad para guardar tus pertenencias.

6.0The staff were excellent, especially Emma on reception who was super personable and made checking in easy. There was a good spread at breakfast and adequate room. I got a free upgrade on my room when I checked in (thanks to Alexandra) which meant I had a very large room which overlooked the square outside. Free tours and experiences were available from reception, which was a nice touch.
− The decor in the room seemed a little bit off - bright green flooring, purple furniture and off-purple walls. Compared to the other hotels I stayed in Italy this summer, it didn't quite hit the 4 star quality in terms of rooming. Also, this hotel communicates A LOT. 5 emails and 5 text messages in the space of around 4 days demanding I check in online, wanting to know what time I'm checking out, etc. It all seemed a bit unnecessary.
