Very, very disappointed
3.0The staff were friendly and helpful
− This is not a 5 star Hilton hotel. In my opinion, it would struggle to get 3 stars. The entrance is bland and not welcoming. The rooms are not executive. Very plain and the bathrooms are damaged and dirty. The “executive lounge” is in the basement and not pleasant. The food was extremely poor in both variety and taste. Very poor hotel. I would not recommend anyone to stay there

− I requested a room with two separate beds and I reconfirmed my request during check to reception staff they also confirmed that my request had been noted. But when I arrived to the room, I found a single king size bed instead. I called reception to inform them, but their response was, ooh sorry we are fully booked and nothing we can do for u , If the hotel was unable to accommodate my request, they should informed me from the beginning instead leaving me disappointed upon arrival. This was a disappointing experience, especially I had made my request clear from the beginning. Also the room was not cleaned properly.
