− Breakfast was disappointing, no bacon, waited 10 minutes for replenishment, sausages were cold, choices were not replenished quick enough, as we had an early flight we were down not long after breakfast started, so was quite disappointed
Would stay again but eat elsewhere

− The menu at the restaurant bar was limited and the fish gave my husband an upset stomach.
Ideal for Gatwick flight
9.0Clean and comfortable modern room with easy access to our flight. Good facilities for breakfast and plenty of options for my dietary requirements.
− 12.5% discretionary service charge was added to dinner bill without option to refuse to pay it - that is not discretionary.

Fabulous place to stop the night before a trip, great facilities, friendly staff
9.0Breakfast was ok - I would have liked a better choice of pastry and fruit but it was fine - that is just my personal preference. The location was perfect - straight out of the hotel onto the departure level. As a woman travelling alone, that was perfect.
− Not being able to get to the hotel other than going via departures- its greatest feature was a fail for me personally when I accidentally left something and had to come back for it after my trip. The hotel was great about it though. Held onto my items and communicated very helpfully to get it back
For guests without pre-booked parking with us, please access hotel via Gatwick North Terminal - this includes drop-offs (charged £10.00 as per Gatwick's tariff). The hotel entrance is inside the North Terminal 1st Floor Level, towards the far righ-hand side of the Easyjet bag drop area. Entry to the Mid Stay Car Park 7 will incur charges.
