8.0Location is perfect for the natural pools! Rooms are clean and bed is spacious. Staff goes above and beyond to ensure you are looked after! Especially Lucia at the breakfast really paid attention to detail and ensured a good experience

6.0− das Hotel ist im allgemeinen schlecht gewartet, Balkontüre war so verrostet, dass sie nicht mehr schliessbar war. Ich habe jede Nacht das Wellenrauschen gehört. (ist am Anfang ok, aber irgendwann nervt es)
An amazing stay from start to finish — 10/10!
10.0Everything! This is honestly the best hotel we have ever stayed at. We booked three different hotels during our trip to Madeira, and this one was on a completely different level compared to the others. We chose Madeira for our honeymoon and told every hotel that it was our honeymoon, but this was the only hotel that actually cared and prepared a special welcome for us. Unfortunately, we were welcomed with a bottle of wine, but we don’t drink alcohol. Still, we were still very pleasantly surprised by the gesture. All in all, a 10/10 experience. If we ever get the chance to visit Madeira again, we will definitely come back here!
− The only thing I would mention is that the juice glasses at breakfast are a bit small hahaha 😄
