10.0Tiene muy buena relación calidad precio, el trato fue ameno, se ve mejor en vivo que en las fotos!
− No tiene que ver con el hotel pero hubiera preferido una sola cama king size. La TV es algo pequeña. El estacionamiento cierra, solo deben tenerlo en cuenta.

− En una habitación la tele y el aire no funcionaba, pero no las cambiaron.
El peor hotel de Izamal.
1.0El peor servicio que puedes recibir por pagar una habitación. El encargado de recepción y hotel desde la llegada se mostró ofensivo y con mala actitud de servicio. El hotel sucio, la piscina sucia y las habitaciones sin agua e internet. Al comentarle al encargado, este se molesto y nos respondió " Es lo que hay si no les gusta vayanse y les regreso su dinero". Obviamente decidimos retirarnos del hotel. NO PAGAMOS Y RESERVAMOS UNA HABITACION PARA SER MAL TRATADOS Y SIN SERVICIOS BASICOS.
− La actitud del encargado, siempre molesto y grosero. La habitación no tenía agua en general wc y regadera, La piscina estaba llena de hojas y sucia. El internet no funciona, los códigos QR y contraseñas no son válidos. En términos generales, es el peor hotel que he visto por lo que no lo recomiendo ya que pagas por ser maltratado y no tener servicios básicos.

10.0La piscine etait très agréable, la chambre propre et le petit déjeuner copieux. Nous avons aimé que le personnel nous laisse profiter de la piscine en soirée et après le check out.
