− No elevator and a lot of stairs to carry luggage.

9.0The location was excellent, close to Guglie vaparetto stop, and plenty of restaurants, 20 min walk from bus/ trains into Venice and similar to San Marco and main sights, the hotel had a classic Venetian style, well stocked complimentary mini bar and we had a clean, quiet room, and Roza who we saw every day was a friendly host.
