Old, awkward, lacks facilities, no coffee or jug, no shampoo, two single beds strapped together with a huge lump in the middle.

Value for money!! Not a five star resort but if you're looking for accommodation close to everything just to sleep, it's great.

the hotel was ok but the room no 47 we found very dusty and the room really needed a good clean ,other than that it was ok.

Lovely little hotel pretty much in the centre of everything, walking distance to all the shops etc, Nice place with a lovely outdoor setting with a bbq area and a pool/spa

I was really delighted to stay at Raffles Royale as it was true value for money. Hotel is based just a few minutes walk to the main streets of Surfers Paradise, so we just parked our park downstairs and wondered everywhere by foot - to the beach, to cafes and restaurants, shops and nightclubs, it was great! When we got back to the hotel to relax after day of shopping, we rested on a comfy couch in a living room of our apartment. It was so relaxing and comfortable. Before we went to bed we had a swim in the pool and I got into the spa and looked into the stars. It was a bliss. I highly recommend this place!
